Some stories start with triumph, others with struggle. Mine? It began with a search—one for identity, for purpose, and ultimately, for the heart of God in the midst of it all.
For over 20 years, I served in the U.S. Coast Guard, learning discipline, leadership, and resilience. I traveled the world, deployed to West Africa, and navigated challenges that would shape me in ways I never expected. But no matter how many uniforms I wore, how many roles I played, I always found myself wrestling with one question—Who am I, really?
A Journey Back to Identity
I rededicated my life to Christ in 1999, stepping into church with a heart full of questions and a soul desperate for something real. It was there, in the quiet moments of worship and the unexpected spaces of service, that I began to find myself. Acting in drama ministry? That wasn’t just a role—it was a mirror, showing me the boldness I didn’t know I had. Holding babies in the nursery? That was more than babysitting—it was God teaching me about nurture, care, and His love for His daughters.
Life had its twists and turns—some beautiful, some breaking. Reconnecting with my now-husband, Quinton, brought the joy of our son, Kameron, but also ushered in a season of struggle. I moved, transitioned, adjusted, and at times, felt lost in the shuffle. But God never let me go. He led me back to community, to mentorship, and most of all, to purpose.
Shaped On Purpose For Women Like You
Now, as the founder of Shaped On Purpose LLC, I walk in my calling—to help women like you find your way back to the truth of who you are. Maybe you’ve felt unseen, overlooked, or abandoned. Maybe you’ve wrestled with rejection, with wounds left by the people who should have loved you most. I get it. And I’m here to tell you—there’s healing on the other side.
Through Bible studies, mentorship, and honest, heart-to-heart conversations, I equip women to reclaim their dominion and step boldly into who God has called them to be. I’m writing a book about my journey of meeting my biological father and the power of healing from father wounds—because I know the pain of searching for identity in broken places. But I also know the power of finding it in Christ.
Creativity, Faith & Kingdom Impact
God wired me with a heart for storytelling, and that’s why I launched AUHSEY CREATIONS, a brand inspired by Yeshua. From journals to coloring books and interactive Bible-based resources, I’m passionate about making faith both engaging and transformative. Healing doesn’t have to be boring—sometimes it looks like putting color to paper, writing out your prayers, or finding God in the simple things.
Who I Am Beyond the Titles
I’m a deep thinker (sometimes too deep). I find peace in my prayer room, get lost in worship music, and have a not-so-secret obsession with word games and prophetic YouTube videos. My personality? A blend of phlegmatic calm, melancholic depth, and supine servanthood—I love deeply, serve wholeheartedly, and sometimes forget to put my own needs first.
But through it all, one thing remains true: I am a woman shaped on purpose, for purpose. And so are you.
